The upcoming PS4-exclusive GT Sport was revealed all the way back during E3 2016. Since then, we’ve gotten a huge collection of trailers, screenshots and some players have enjoyed a closed beta for a few months this year. The game made an appearance at the E3 2017 showfloor, although it was not featured during Sony’s press conference. Considering the fact that it was originally due to launch last year, you’d think by now a release date would be set in stone. Turns out that still isn’t the case.
Sony’s official PlayStation Magazine apparently gave a release date in Issue 137. Turns out that it was a “misprint”, as noted by a tweet from the magazine’s official Twitter page:
Make that a correction to a misprint in issue 137: GT Sport is due out FALL/AUTUMN 2017.

So, it looks like we’ll have to wait a few more months to know exactly when the game will release.
GT Sport will be coming exclusively to PS4, PS4 Pro and PSVR in late 2017.
