According to Konami’s latest announcement, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One owners will be able to access a multiplayer beta for the game. The Beta will start this week on July 20th and it will last until July 31th.
During this phase, players will have the option to play Quickmatches and 3 vs 3 online co-operative games. The only teams available will be the national teams of France and Brazil, with Neu Sonne Arena being the only stadium available. Players will be also able to switch between night and day and between sunny and rainy weather.
Another interesting thing about the multiplayer beta is the fact that PlayStation 4 owners will not need a PlayStation Plus subscription to participate, in contrast to Xbox One gamers who will need a Gold membership for Xbox Live.
Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 will launch in September 12th on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
