Collaborating with Zogby Analytics, 24/7 Wall Street polled 2,500 adults regarding their opinion on the customer service of 150 of America’s biggest companies. The participants had to rank the service as “excellent,” “good,” “fair” or “poor,” and the companies were ranked accordingly. PlayStation fans will be pleased to read that Sony came 8th in Wall Street’s Hall of Fame which feature’s the top 100 hundred best companies.

Sony beat the likes of Apple, Facebook, Google, and their rival Microsoft. Xbox fans shouldn’t be upset though, as Microsoft also appeared in the top 100 at a very respectable 31.
